Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Based on Expert Advice International Training’s commitment to the principles of transparency and professional quality, these Terms and Conditions are established to ensure a training experience built on trust and clarity between the Institute and the trainee. This policy aims to provide a comprehensive regulatory framework governing the relationship between all parties, outlining the standards and procedures for registration, attendance, assessment, conduct, and the protection of rights within the Institute. Furthermore, this document is an essential part of the commitment and compliance requirements issued by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and applies to all programs and courses accredited by the Institute. Through these terms, the Center is dedicated to providing an educational environment that stimulates effective learning, meets the aspirations of trainees, and supports their professional development.
- 1. Required Qualifications: Registration requirements vary depending on the type of program. Some courses may require specific practical experience or academic qualifications to ensure the trainee can fully benefit from the program content. Applicants from various professional and academic backgrounds are welcome, provided they meet the minimum requirements announced for each course. The trainee is required to provide a clear copy of their Emirates ID or passport, a recent personal photo, and any other supporting documents if needed. The institute reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted documents and contact the relevant authorities to ensure their accuracy.
- 2. Registration Procedures: The trainee's reservation is officially confirmed after paying the prescribed fees or the agreed-upon first installment. Failure to pay within the specified period is considered an automatic cancellation of the reservation. Registration is available via the website or by visiting the institute's headquarters, provided the trainee enters correct and accurate information. The data provided by the trainee is essential for accepting their application, and the institute reserves the right to cancel the registration if any intentional misleading or error is discovered. Completing the registration procedures constitutes explicit consent from the trainee to all applicable policies and regulations.
- 3. Payment and Refund Policy: The trainee is obligated to pay the program fees before the training begins, either in full or according to a pre-agreed payment plan. If the trainee wishes to withdraw 7 days before the start of the program, 50% of the paid fees will be refunded. However, after the program starts, they are not entitled to a refund except in emergency humanitarian cases assessed by the administration. If the minimum required number of trainees is not met, the institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program, with a full refund of fees or transfer to another program. A special financial policy applies when registering under announced offers or discounts.
- 1. Attendance and Discipline: The trainee is obligated to attend at the specified times to maintain the flow of training sessions and the quality of interaction between the trainer and participants. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered an absence from the session, which may affect the overall attendance percentage required to obtain the certificate. The use of mobile phones inside the training room is prohibited except in cases of extreme necessity and in a manner that does not disrupt the lecture. A breach of discipline rules may lead to administrative actions, which may include withholding the certificate if the required attendance percentage is not met.
- 2. Code of Conduct: All trainees are required to adhere to professional conduct that reflects mutual respect among participants, trainers, and administration. The use of offensive language, aggressive behavior, or raising sensitive political, religious, or social topics that may lead to controversy or offense is strictly prohibited. Publishing or promoting any illegal content or content that involves discrimination, incitement, or hatred is also forbidden. Audio or video recording of the sessions is prohibited without official permission. In case of violation, the institute reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warning or dismissal.
- 1. Success Requirements: To obtain a certificate of completion, the trainee must meet the minimum attendance and participation requirements, as well as pass the approved theoretical or practical assessments for each program. Some programs may include applied projects or tasks that are an essential part of the evaluation. The trainee's performance is evaluated based on their commitment, ability to interact, and the quality of their training outputs. The institute reserves the right to withhold the certificate in case of non-compliance with any of the specified success conditions.
- 2. Certification Issuance: The certificate is awarded to participants who have fulfilled all academic and administrative requirements of the program. The trainee receives a free electronic copy of the basic certificate issued by the institute, while printed copies are subject to additional fees that vary depending on the type of program. The certificate is issued within a reasonable timeframe after the program ends, with the possibility of requesting additional copies for specific fees. The institute reserves the right to postpone the issuance of the certificate if there are any shortcomings or violations by the trainee.
- 3. Strategic Partners Certificates: The institute offers the option to obtain additional certificates accredited by strategic partners, such as universities and international institutions. These certificates are issued based on the policies and conditions of the awarding bodies and are subject to pre-determined additional fees, and may require additional verification procedures. The issuance duration may vary according to the issuing body. The trainee will be clearly informed of the fees and issuance mechanisms before submitting the application.
- 4. KHDA Certificate Attestation and Associated Fees: The institute's certificates are approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). The trainee has the right to request the attestation of the certificate for a specific fee of 70 AED per certificate. If the trainee subscribes under offers or discounts, additional fees apply to the attestation service, as well as fees for issuing experience certificates or certificates from collaborating entities. The institute reserves the right to impose administrative fees when benefiting from significant discounts. The attestation service is completed according to a schedule that may vary depending on the volume of requests and the authority's regulations.
- 1. Contracting Conditions: The trainer is committed to providing a clear and detailed training plan before the program starts, including the objectives, content, and approved training methods. The trainer is prohibited from offering the same program within the country without written approval from the institute to preserve intellectual property rights and quality regulation. The trainer must hold a suitable academic qualification and have at least three years of training experience. It is also preferred that they are accredited by the KHDA or eligible for its accreditation.
- 2. Trainers' Obligations: The trainer must present the content in a professional, interactive manner that ensures trainees' participation and interaction. They are committed to providing a positive learning environment that considers individual differences and encourages trainees to ask questions and interact. They are also committed to prior preparation of the content and updating it to align with modern training standards. The trainer is prohibited from promoting any personal services or products inside the training rooms without official permission.
- 3. Code of Conduct and Discipline: The trainer is required to adhere to professional conduct aligned with the institute's values, including respecting trainees and managing discussions in a balanced manner. Using the phone is prohibited except for absolute necessity and in a way that does not disrupt the program. Sharing any training content or official documents with any external party without written permission is prohibited. The trainer is prohibited from raising sensitive political, religious, or sectarian topics.
- 4. Disciplinary Actions: If the trainer violates the policies or presents unapproved content, the institute reserves the right to suspend them temporarily or permanently depending on the severity of the violation. Repeated complaints regarding performance or behavior may lead to an administrative investigation that could result in contract termination. Repeated lateness to sessions warrants a written warning, and with repeated violations, a deduction from dues or contract termination will be imposed.
- All training materials, curricula, documents, slides, and presentations remain the exclusive property of Expert Advice International Training or partner entities. Copying, circulating, photographing, or republishing any training content without written permission, whether partially or entirely, is prohibited. Recording sessions without permission is considered an explicit violation of intellectual property and warrants legal accountability. The institute retains its legal rights to take necessary actions against any violation of this clause.
- The institute is committed to protecting trainees' data in accordance with the applicable legislation in the UAE and data protection standards. Protected data includes: identity, personal information, training records, and financial data. Data is not shared with any external party except in accordance with the law or with prior consent from the trainee. The trainee has the right to request to view or update their data within specific controls. Any unauthorized use of data is penalized according to approved procedures.
A trainee’s enrollment in any program constitutes explicit approval of all terms and conditions contained in this document, including conduct, attendance, privacy policies, and others. The Institute reserves the right to update these provisions in accordance with legislation and quality requirements, provided that any updates are published through official channels. Through this policy, the Institute aims to ensure a serious, disciplined, and safe educational environment that complies with the highest training standards in the United Arab Emirates.
